Construction has already begun! Phase 3 is the final expansion of the Medina campus, and we’ll be sharing updates and photos here as the project progresses. The first garages will be move in ready the spring of 2027.
Yes. Phase 3 connects directly to the existing, security-monitored Medina campus off Arrowhead Drive. The Phase 3 campus will also have its own dedicated entrance off Hamel Road. Same original car community, same gated access, just more of it.
Yes. AutoMotorPlex garages at Medina are built for more than cars; boats, RVs, motorcycles, go-karts, and most other vehicles are welcome. Don’t forget about your pool table, exercise equipment, golf sim, and your Xbox.
Every garage includes anytime, 24/7 access to your own private, gated, security-monitored space, with 20′ ceilings and large bay doors built to fit whatever you’re bringing in. Units include a lofted mezzanine, floor drains, hose bibs, and floor heating. All buildings are HOA-covered on the exterior, including common areas and green space.
Yes. Make the garage uniquely yours with a full bathroom, a kitchen, epoxy floors, lifts, even a golf simulator or sport court. Use our services to build it “turn-key” and all up front, or hire your own contractors.

Medina AutoMotorPlex is about 20 minutes from downtown Minneapolis and just minutes from Wayzata — close enough for easy access, far enough to feel like its own world once you’re through the gate.
Phase 3 offers a range of sizes, from single-bay garages to multi-bay estate spaces, so you can choose the size that fits your collection, workspace, or hobby. Some of the new Phase 3 buildings will offer alternative sizes too. More information on this will be coming soon.
You own your garage outright. This is a real estate purchase, not a rental property or membership.
